There is a growing mindful community and Mindful ME seeks to support and nurture this expanding awareness in the UAE through facilitating the learning and application of mindfulness in our personal and professional lifestyles.
Our purpose is to help our members and clients to connect with themselves in mindfulness practice and with others who also choose a mindful approach to life.
Helen Williams, a founding member of Mindful ME, has been teaching mindfulness and meditation teacher in Dubai and beyond for the past 10 years as well as facilitating individual and couple sessions based on these insights. Her reputation as a leader in the region has been recognised with a circle of valued clients, and awards such as the Emirates Woman of the Year award in 2014. With her handpicked team, Mindful ME builds on her years of impact in the city.
Mindful ME shares the benefits and techniques of grounding in mindfulness practice. Whether it be exploring the food we eat, the way we speak with our loved ones, working through change and grief, leadership, parenting, teaching or even considering a deep internal journey of personal discovery – we do it daily with a deliberately mindful approach. Through private sessions, small group courses, retreats and bespoke group experiences we look forward to sharing the experience of a mindful life with you.
Each individual journey of learning and living mindfulness is unique. You may love the energy of group sessions, the peacefulness of retreats, or the personal reflection of individual and couple sessions. Depending on your needs we can arrange a consultation where you can speak with our experienced and specialised team.

How can we best care for our community right now?
This is the question we have been sitting with, as we watch the shifting intensity of the world’s health.
Our role to be a warm space for our community to gather and explore their feelings and experiences feels more needed than ever, and yet our responsibility of keeping those same people, and those that they love, healthy and safe is vital too.
With this in mind we have made the following changes to our services for now. We will update you with any changes. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Workshops & Retreats
All workshops are currently being hosted online using zoom.
All private sessions will go ahead using video call/phone for your session. This is to keep our team and our community safe and supported – no matter where you are.
Please let us know before your session if you would prefer phone or video call. To make it even easier we are doing credit card payments before the session so that you can enjoy your full 75min without needing to fuss. Just enjoy the presence of our team and know that they are there for you.
We are also now offering 30-minute Mindful Support Sessions
We will also be very present online. We are sharing videos, blogs, podcasts and readings that we have loved on our social sites. We are also doing Instagram LIVE sessions & conversations as well as uploading videos to our new youtube channel and on IGTV. Follow us to keep in touch!
