Authentic Living begins with a mindful curiosity of our own stories and builds an awareness of how these narratives shape our lives. Being part of a small group makes the experience of exploring your emotional, physical and intuitive self both personal and supportive.
When we live the life others expect of us, searching for our place, roles and ultimately love and acceptance, it is as though we are living like a laptop that isn’t plugged in. We function right up until the point that the screen dims and warns us that we have 10% battery left. We hit burn out and rush to find a way to “recharge”. Living authentically and mindfully is like being permanently plugged in. Instead of living with high anxiety – we can inspire ourselves and others by making choices that energise us.
The Authentic Living course by Helen Williams is the culmination of a lifetime of lessons in living, learning, growing and changing and grew from the need to provide some direction for the questions asked by her clients over many years.

Our Authentic Living Workshops are a series of 3 hour online workshops over 4 weeks. We also hold full day intensive programmes.
