8 session Extended Workshop

  • Conscious Relationships –  With much joy, the Mindful ME team are so proud to bring one of our favourite workshops to life again in online sessions starting in mid September 2021.  Come and join with others in experiencing the power and potential to bring conscious awareness and growth to our relationships, whether this is to focus on ourselves, our family members, or friendships, as a parent, a lover, marriage, business partners or colleagues. Hosted by Helen, Kirsty, Lynnette and Jo – the experience, insights and wide learnings of our whole team will make this a particularly special course. Doing this with a small group ensures a supported experience as we dive deep into an awareness of relationship – with ourselves and with each other.
