    Self-parenting is a choice to love our younger selves. A way of deliberately attending to our childhood wounds in a compassionate and forgiving way. These affirmations are a wonderful way to actively love our inner child. Use them how you will – as affirmations to say aloud, as journal prompts, as reminders.
