Our retreats are experiential events that take many different forms – from one-day local mini-breaks to weekend regional getaways or even international retreats.

Retreats are as dynamic or as quiet as you like. We have a range of activities from reflective personal practices to creative workshops, yoga classes, meditation groups and mindful eating experiences. We recommend a post-retreat one on one debriefing with one of our team which we offer at a retreat discounted rate.

The setting for the retreat was a haven of beauty and tranquillity, like a hidden oasis in the middle of a bustling city, especially at the end of a long scorching summer. From the welcome to the goodbye, I felt home surrounded by wonderful kind attentive people, sharing experiences, combining mindful meditation, eating, yoga, qigong, silence, journaling and so much more, as well as listening to words of wisdom that one often needs to revisit.
