Our retreats are experiential events that take many different forms – from one-day local mini-breaks to weekend regional getaways or even international retreats.
Retreats are as dynamic or as quiet as you like. We have a range of activities from reflective personal practices to creative workshops, yoga classes, meditation groups and mindful eating experiences. We recommend a post-retreat one on one debriefing with one of our team which we offer at a retreat discounted rate.

Rituals of Self-Care

Take a quiet and creative journey into the healing practice of self-care with us. This retreat will explore the compassionate practices of meeting and nourishing ourselves through meditation, art, conversation, Qigong, yoga, silence and delicious meals – all with a foundation in mindful awareness. Come rest and soften into your own inner wisdom and calm.
Bringing compassion to self-judgement and soothing to the shame that we carry is a transformative approach which helps us hear the voice of our intuition and discover our own insights. The Mindful ME team will lead the workshops that will help you understand what self-care is (and isn’t), explain and practice mindfulness (and how this is a purposeful choice of being in love with life and yourself), give you the tools to develop a meditation practice and walk away with an intentional commitment to bring self-care into your daily life.
The inspiring space at the XVA Art Hotel will be our home for the weekend – enjoying the textured heritage and nurturing environment as we rest. We will be using the sheltered courtyards for workshops during the day and enjoy the cool winter air on the rooftops for morning and evening meditation and mindful movement.
We will begin our retreat on Thursday evening with a nutritious dinner at 7pm and will end our time together on Saturday evening at 6pm so that you can rest at home before the new week begins.
