Our retreats are experiential events that take many different forms – from one day local mini-breaks to weekend regional getaways or even international retreats.
Retreats are as dynamic or as quiet as you like. We have a range of activities from reflective personal practices to creative workshops, yoga classes, meditation groups and mindful eating experiences. We recommend a post retreat one on one debriefing with one of our team which we offer at a retreat discounted rate.

No need to take leave – this regional retreat runs from Friday morning to Saturday evening from Dibba Port.
Join us for a truly unique retreat experience on the beautiful waters of Musandam as we take an overnight Dhow cruise. The retreat will focus on mindfulness meditation while also giving participants the opportunity to explore the warm waters and soak in the spectacular scenary. Helen Williams and the Mindful ME team will faciliate various guided meditation sessions onboard both during the day and under the expanse of stars. The programme will also include group workshops, quiet retreat time, mindful movement workshops and discussion groups.
We will depart from Dibba Port at 10am on Friday morning and be back by 5.30pm on Saturday.
